2. Creating a data feed from your bank into Xero.
3. Set up all your existing contacts in Xero.
4. Set up a standard invoice in Xero and activate ‘On the drive’ Invoicing so you can invoice your customers from your phone and they can pay immediately in one click.
5. Install and train you on user friendly software (OCR) allowing you to submit your paid supplier invoices to Xero with one photo.
6. Link your supplier accounts to OCR software that ‘Fetches’ invoices and posts them to Xero. No emails, no paper just efficient. You can then pay them from statement once you are happy.
7. Automate payment allocation and receipt matching using Xero clever AI wizardry.
